Maybe this is something I've just missed, since I am fairly new (v5.1) to the Stainless Steel mod. I really love it, especially the ability to play as the order factions, with the Teutonic Order my favorite at the moment. But I seem to have a difficult time getting enough generals (or even enough to govern all my cities!). I try recruiting generals whenever possible, and I use troops without commanders to get "man of the hour"s as much as possible.

I'm sure its intentional that they don't have a traditional marriage structure with new children being born in, but is there a way to increase the number of candidates for adoption, etc. that occur?
