editing tooltips

Hi,
I want to edit tooltips and shared files. M2SBE don't open these files. It says "unable to read beyond the end of the stream". I don't know what this means.
It opens other bin files without problem.

I tried to edit the txt versions of these files but the game don't read them and don't make the bin versions. I put these into mymod/data/text.

Any idea?

What file are you talking about that does this?

Somewhere in the downloads section are clean text files that cannot be opened by converters. Have a look in the tools section, author alpaca I think

tooltips.txt.strigns.bin and shared.txt.strigns.bin in the text folder.
As I wrote the game doesn't accept the txt version of these files.

Since my post I got an earlier version of M2SBE so I was able to edit them.
