...Still have a problem..

Hi Dave, is it normal that i suffer that CDT almost every turn?? I had the first CDT at turn 29, i did what you wrote in the bug thread (enter, save, exit, reload...) and things were gone ok, i played 3 turns and got to 32 i had the CDT again!!! I did again the solution and it worked, then i suffered the same CDT, always on Russia turn, to turns 34, 35, and 37!!! And this time it worked onli the 2nd or 3rd time that i did the reload and new save...it begins to be little annoying, what do you think?? i'm playing a very challenging campaign and i want to continue it, i love your mod and i want to play it, have you got some suggestions?? now today i'm going to try to remove autosave as you said...is it helpfull???

Hi Traiano,

First let me apologize for this problem you are experiencing. I hope to have this fixed in the next update. For now I have attached the CFG file for you to this thread. This includes the auto save disabled. Place it in the kingdoms_grand_campaign_mod (before the data folder). I have not tested this with a saved game. But since I use this at the start not one crash. Let me know how you get on mate.

How does your campaign work now with the new CFG file? Did the disabling of the auto save solve your problems? I look forward to your feedback on this.

After 3 successful campaigns as Spain, France and HRE, I started a new one as England... and this one crashes on every single turn [sigh...]. I disabled autosave, but no luck.
Dave, I've enclosed here a quicksave, for a test. I'm losing bad, but that's another story

It seems that crashes are not tied to a specific event.

@pdp,

Were your campaigns as Spain, France and HRE also with the patch? or were they before the patch? Also what operating system do you use? windows vista or windows XP?

Edit: Unfortunately I cannot test saved games at this time as they will not work with my new update. Many things are changed in the update I am working on including new regions.

Well i'm playing using your .CFG file, the first turn (turn 38) went ok, turn 39 crashed again!!!!! After reloading and saving i've played till turn 42 without any crash....so seems to have some better effect but doesn't totally fix the problem....anyway i keep playing that campaign because i love it too much, it is one of my bests campaigns that i've ever played with several powers on the map (France/HRE/Russia/Bizantium/me-Jerusalem/Antioch/Turkish empire and Egypt that has been almost destroyed by my troops with great efforts)
There is also a jihad against my capital with turkish full stacks that are keeping jerusalem under siege, Will be Baldwin II able to manage also this new threat?? no man, it is too cool to give it up!!!!
