Default 5.0 too large for CD disk?

Why could this not be broken into a smaller files? I can't burn this to disk as my disk only holds 700mb?

Um...dude I'm at work (sssh...) and they have a T1 connection here. At home I have broadband only (live in the sticks) and it's just a hair faster than dialup.

Could get a DVD-R but a flash drive is VERY useful.
