    Default Long buuld time for buildings

    I play DLV 5.4
    Just noticed that sometimes its takes much more time for to finish buildings than it should be. Often it takes 5 terns or even more instead 3. Is it a bug or a feature. And if it is a bug, where can i hae a fix, couse the game is unplayable.

    Use hotfix 2, it should be fixed there.
