Unpacker Problem

Ok... I'm going to post my problem here... if you need to delete my other thread or what ever im very sorry

i have a question about the unpacker... and ive been searching and nothing is helping me...

ok when i try to run anything in the unpacker it tells me
"This application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."



ok so.... i reinstalled it and im still getting that great error!! :hmmm:
and yes its in
SEGA/Medieval II total war/tool/unpacker

and i would love to get some mods, but the ones im looking for require you to unpck the kingdoms campaigns...

p.s. i uninstalled all of my previos mods along with the game, then re-installed the game itself

please help if anyone knows what to do!!!
