    Default Questions regarding script button

    Great mod indeed.

Btw One thing i noticed in EB was the script button ( show me how ).

I have series of questions regarding that button.

    1. Do I have to press that button every single time I load a game?

    2. How do I activate the script if I saved the save during the battle screen?
for ex. I get attacked by the other faction while the turning is passing to the other players.

    3. What does the scripts do? Does that just affect me or the other factions?

    4. If yes, then will the script be applied to the other factions if i loaded the game after battle screen and finish the battle?

    5. When is the script applied?

    6. What if i accidentally forget to activate the script in the middle of a campaign?
Will that ruin the game? and mess up the whole progress?

    Yes. Emphatically.

    You don't. Or rather, can't.
    3. What does the scripts do? Does that just affect me or the other factions?
To a very large part, it makes EB, well, EB. Quite a lot of the major features depend entirely on it. Without it you're basically just playing vanilla RTW with new units, as someone summed it up.

Plus the AI factions will be so deep in debt hole it's not even real inside around three turns flat...

    4)
The script will be applied next time you activate it.
    5)
It is applied to factions at the beginnings of their turns for money, and as they conquer towns for government buildings and such.
    6)
It wont ruin the camp for a few missed turns, but if its something like 20 or so turns it might begin to show. Such as bankrupt ai's, towns without proper governments, etc. -Leon

    3. Some of the major things it does is 1- Help AI with their economy (they would be in eternal debt without it), 2- place government buildings for the AI (the AI doesn't understand the government system nor can they implement it correctly, so without this any towns conquered by the AI would prove useless as far as recruitment goes), 3- Reforms, 4- missions, 5- victory conditions, et cetera.

    4. The script does effect other factions and any factions that have their turn between the time you start and the time you activate the script will loose all scripted features.

    5. The script is always running, but most of its effects take place at the end of your turn or at the end of every AI faction's turn.

    6. Forgetting about the script for a turn or two won't break your game. If you just miss half a turn due to saving before a battle initiated by the AI, the activate the script as soon as you get to your turn, nothing bad will happen. I wouldn't do it often, though.

I especially notice that if you save your game right when that battle screen starts up, then you either quit the game and then load it some other time or just that you made a huge mistake in the battle and choose to restart it by loading it, because you did not activate the script, you don't seem to gain as many of those good command star traits as if you did activate the script.

Well, this is just coming from personal experience. My first Romani campaign I kept feeling tired right when I get to a very large battle so I often saved then and there. I didn't seem to gain a lot of command stars out of it. This new Romani campaign, though, I seem to be getting them much easier since I have my script activated on every battle. The only way to know for sure is to check the script though.
