increasing natural disasters!

Hi

I was just wondering how I can increase the frequency of natural occurences/disasters such as floods, volcanos, earth quakes, plagues, etc.

Because I think the came is currently not that accurate from this point of view. Every year we hear about earth quakes and floods and all those sorts of things and I have heard of kingdoms/countries back in the days really having difficulties because it was struck by a series of such disasters. And in some cases, the neighbouring countries have taken advantage of this fact and attacked the victim country in its time of weakness.

So I'm hoping to have it occur more often, like at least once every 2 years (4turns), not once every 20 years! its too long.
I dont think one disaster every 2 years in the whole map is too common. what do you think?
