    How can I change the stats of jan heavy infantry? I need a total walk through for it.

    Open the file export_descr_unit.txt. The explanation of what all the modifiers are is at the very beginning... then just find your unit and edit.

    I would make a back up of the file before you start changing the original, in case you break it by accident...
