    Default screenshots whats best

    HI FELLAS,
Time i think i learnt how to take and post screenshots.
Theres lots of advice on the forums hard to decide whch way to go,
Hopefully you nice IBFD playing fellows can point me in the right direction,
What can you suggest as the simplest and best way to both take, customise and post screenshots, and the best free programs to do this.

Here's the bones of the system I use (posted somewhere else but I can't remember where) -

Download and install Fraps for free -

Activate it before starting a game -

First, pause the game and then zoom around to find the shot you want.

Then, compose it. Click off adviser button, if showing. Hit 'return' key - this will de-select any highlighted units and remove green arrows. It also removes any of those annoying large arrows pointing to troop units off-screen.

Take the shot using whatever key you have chosen via 'Fraps' and make sure it is saved to a desktop folder.

Have another folder set up on the desktop.

Once out of the game. Open up each individual screenshot and edit using 'paint' or 'photoshop'. This is where you remove the lower UI by cropping the screenshot. Rename and save in SECOND folder.

Once all the screenshots are edited and saved, upload entire second folder to somewhere like 'imageshack'.

'Imageshack' is an online site which will store all your photos and provides a handy tag you can use to insert in any text you want to load or type here. When you submit a post here, your pic automatically 'appears' within the post. Great!

That's the bones of the system I use but I am sure others here have better systems and will advise you as they see fit. Good luck and will look forward to you new pics soon!
