    Default Sultan's Guard maybe?

    As I wrote in the small cards thread I'm trying to give the Moors a fighting chance so I made two new units for them I don't know if there is space in SS since the unit Limit might have been reached and KK may not like my soldiers... however...

    Still to be re-textured and slightly re-modeled like for example the turbants, this is only my working base, but I will update this thread as soon as I finish the Small Cards.

    Reworked models of dismounted christian knights? Still pretty nice though.

    Nice work, Scaven! I agree that the Moors really need a heavy, elite infantry unit. However, I have a feeling SS 6.0 is going to be very close to the unit limit so you might have your work cut out trying to persuade KK to put them in.

    Maybe give them the same faces as the ottoman infantry, that looks more muslim and more realastic.

    yes, its not really a muslim appearance. the weapon choice seems very nice though.

    Well, change their heads and they would look really authentic, as the armour is Moorish enought already.

    Otherwise - uber, Moors REALLY need some extras! =)

    As it is, almost all - or all - slots for units have been taken up, and whatever space the removal of the New World left for us has been taken up by the Cumans and Khwarezm.

    So new units are perhaps too hard to implement, but you could simply edit existing units. For instance, armor upgrade levels can be added without problem.

    In this way, you wouldn't have to make new units, simply beef up older ones artificially with better stats and equipment.


    For a new halberd unit, you might have to sacrifice or remove another unit somehow - but a compromise might be to simply allow the Moors to recruit Halberd Militia.

    Well I would love to see a two handed scimitar sword unit that can be recruited as mercs for the Islamic factions.

    those look great sher Kahn, one suggestion though.

    The second helmet from the right looks rather knightly and might not be suitable for the grenadine lancers. Its perfect for the christian guard though but I personly always thought that both grenadine lancers and the urban militia shouldnt look like christian guard.

    well the only thing that was added to them through stainless steel was a unit of weak sword infantry. Some other factions had enough units added through SS to field a balanced army of just new units alone.
