Converting some units from Kiev to Novgorod

How would I do this? For instance I would like to add heavy horse archers and mounted gunmen (forget the actual name) to Novgorod, and I am also curious how to replace the English accent with the Eastern European one.

You need to change entries in EDU (export_descr_unit) for Custom Battles and in EDB (export_descr_buildings) for campaign; also copy-paste textures to Novgorod/Russia... Search for some tutorials in the Mod Workshop furum. =\
