Mod flags?

Sorry if not the right forum, but I take being new as an excuse

I only wonder if you easily can mod the flag of a faction? Or at least where I can find the flags of the factions if I want to try and mod them?

What worked for me, in a few words:

1. Unpack M2tW data files
2. Download texture-dds utility from somewhere in mod section.
3. Go to data/banners/textures
4. Convert all *.texture files to *.dds
5. Open dds with Photoshop and change what you want (You might need to download dds plugin from NVidia)
6. Save it using DXT5 ARGB 8bpp interpolated alpha format.
7. Convert back from dds to texture
