Can I tweak city growth?
I play on 0.5 years per turn, and everything was fine until I noticed that cities grow way too fast now; as in I'm getting huge cities that can build admiralties and a building that's supposed to train better musketmen in the year 1120. So is there like some file I can edit that'll slow down the cities' pop growth appropriately, so that they don't upgrade so quickly but also not change building build times?
Alternatively, if there are any good mods around that feature this with a few things on the side then that'll be good too

Re: Can I tweak city growth?
In your Data folder (assuming you have unpacked) is a file named "descr_settlement_mechanics.xml", open it with notepad and scroll to the bottom; base="should read the population you want to trigger the wall upgrade", upgrade="should read the amount you set for base for the next largest city/castle", min="400" is probably best left alone and max="the size you wish the settlement to top off at without upgrade" (make sure the number you use is in quotes "x" and no space between the quotes and the = ). There are mods that will do this, DLV being one but I have taken it one step further; takes 60000 to get a huge city in my game.
