CTD between 2 turns

I have CTDs between 2 turns when it goes on the turc faction
I tried to reinstall the mod but it doesnt change anything
Please help me !
PS: Im playin with Eire...

How did you install the mod?

I install the 4.0 PE in a normal way and i didnt change any files

The problem could be that you need to delete a DLV folder you have on the computer before updating DLV to 5.4
if you have a folder at this location, delete it before installing the mod. I had the same problem with another mod.
