Question about performance

I have question about performance of campaign map after mongols and timurids appers. Is waiting time for the AI turn is incrased?

yes. about 2 minutes a turn is normal. so many sub-scripts going on in the back.

a good tip is to go into your DLV preferences.cfg and add the following line to the [video] section...

windowed = true

i.e

[video]
windowed = true

now you can flick to firefox to browse the net while your waiting for turns to finish, without the drawn-out bulky process that is alt-tabbing. MTW2 does not respond well to alt-tabbing at all.

But what campaign do you play?
Grand Campaign or No garrison script campaign?

grand campaign with all the bells n whistles.

I play with nogarrison script campaign so maybe waiting for the AI turn will not be so long...
