    Default The Pope Goes Green

“Today, the general will of all nations is calling for fundamental change... The prerequisite to this change is a change in goals, intentions, and directions. If tyrannical goals are repackaged in an attractive and deceptive package and imposed on nations again, the people, awakened, will stand up against them.”
    Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad

Truth is treason in the Empire of Lies.
    Ron Paul

I heard about this, I actually read the same article about four hours ago.
I find it somewhat funny, kind of. It's good that they're doing the work... makes me wonder what they'll make their robes and crosses out of these days, though.

And the whole smoke thing for when they choose a new pope... that's done by chemicals... gotta wonder how greenhouse gaseous that is...

The RCC always sounds like hypocrites every time they open their mouth about science and ethics. They made such a cluster**** out of the AIDS epidemic in Africa and still keep going on about the evils of human cloning. I mean, it's good that they occasionally pick good things to endorse, like limiting pollution, but every time they do that they stick their foot in their mouth with "no stem-cell research" and similar.

Interesting, the Vatican going green cannot be harmful.
I believe that to meet the challenges of our times, human beings will have to develop a greater sense of universal responsibility. Each of us must learn to work not just for oneself, one's own family or nation, but for the benefit of all humankind. Universal responsibility is the key to human survival. It is the best foundation for world peace.

We are called upon by God to be good caretakers of the world, but the Pope pronouncing it a sin is going a little too far.
