How do you change city names in the americans campaign?

Just as the title says, I was wondering how do you change city names in the crusade campaign?

Just open the building/recruitment tab, then click on the city name to be able to re-name it. It works on both vanilla and kingdoms.

I hardly ever use it myself, though I did once rename Paris to Disneyland Paris, quite obviously the greatest thing the French has ever produced. Oh, I do make myself chuckle...
