Hanseatic league Plague?

As far as I have seen it, there are three Hanseatic League headquarters in the world. Two in my territory and one in my enemy. And this is just as far as I have seen. I don't know if there are more. And by the way, I own none of the cities that you are suppose to own before getting it. What's up with that? Is the Hanseatic League headquarters just another guild? And if so, how can it have "global Effect"?

Can someone explain this to me?

Well, that's just an ordinary bug.
The trigger for the guild doesn't recognize if there is already a headquarter on the map or not..

Anyway, this will be fixed in SS 6.0...

Edit: Wait. Does that mean that only one of them work in the planet? or only one work on a kingdom or none of them work or they all work and the effect accumulates?

if its just the trigger then they all should work.
if you have to be sure, you can demolish and check if theres a difference...
