Icon10 A little slower than normal game.

I would like to say you guys did a great job with this, I have a question when in a game battle is it sopost to run a little slower than reg game? Its totaly playable and dosent bother the game play much but I notice when big battle happen it runs a little slow but not real slowa tiny bit. I have ME2totalwar GOLD edition, and I run it on vista. Also when I did the siege expansion fix
    1) Download:
    2) Unzip into C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\Broken_Crescent\data\world\maps\base and overwrite.
    3) Delete map.rwm from C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\Broken_Crescent\data\world\maps\base
    4) Save game compatible.

could not find file map.rwm to delete, could this be the problem. why could I not find that file???

All and all this is a great MOD and its a ton of fun with it. nice work I can wait till you guys make the next version!

it's only there when you've played atleast once IIRC
Some day I'll actually write all the reviews I keep promising...

Slower in framerate? It may be due to higher detail in textures (I don't think so, since the size is the same I believe), or the greater number of..I don't know the term, but it lets a model have more detail.

If you mean slower in how units move, then that's due to the battle.map movement modifier. If this is what you meant I can show you how you can adjust those rates to make it faster.

The game has higher textures than vanilla, so anyone playing the game on high settings with alot of men on the field will have lag. I do.
