Stat modifying special abilities
I was wondering what effects different special abilities had on the units. I am hoping someone can tell me. I have a Gallic campaign going and I was just curious as to the affects of some of the abilities of the barbarian units.
Specifically,
1.) What affect do the druids have on other units when they are chanting?
2.) What affect does the warcry ability actually have?
3.) When a unit has the "Frightens nearby enemy units" trait how much does it actually damage enemy units morale? Is it scaled on how good the other units are?
4.) How much morale does your general sounding his horn instill?
Thanks a bunch in advance.

Re: Stat modifying special abilities
1) If you mouse over other units (not yours) when they are chanting, there is no morale penalty I can see. So, as far as I know, there is no visible effect on enemy units. However, the morale bonus for your troops is quite big, I think 2 or 3 morale points.
2) Warcry increases the attack of the unit who uses it. It does not frighten enemy units.
3) No morale effects are scaled on how good the unit is. Each unt has a certain number of morale points. I only know the vanilla ones, but I believe the highest unit in vanilla was the Urban Cohort with 14 morale points. The Frighten units has a similar effect to the druids positive effect, as far as I know, 2 or 3 points.
4) I have no idea, but quite a bit.

Hmmmm, thank you Scutarii. I hoped someone would know exactly in terms of numbers but this answers a few questions.
I did mean in terms of this mod thought too otherwise i would have asked in the generic forum. Thanks a lot anyway though.

If you check out "The Complete EDU Guide" it has information about everything you have asked.

Re: Stat modifying special abilities
morale bonuses are basically untestable, since they don't produce any "concrete" effect (= deaths), so the precise values cannot be determinated, only some good approximation
