I had some problems playing EB at first since it couldn't find Rome. Exe when i tried to start it but then i noticed that my rome total war folder was in the creative assembly and EB created Activision, so i copied the files from the creative assembly to Activision. And then when i started it it worked. I am currently playing as the Koinen Hellenon and I'm about to be wiped out. I started out fine, bringing Areus from Crete to Sparta, Antigonos went north. I then send out the entire Spartan stack(two Spartan generals) excluding the son of Areus to Corinth to besieged it, then out of nowhere that stack came back and attacked mine, I thought i could beat it(was my first fight in EB) but lost miserably, with both generals dead. Then a while later(a few turns, don't know why the AI hesiltates so much) Athenai is besieged by that full stack with Antigonos. I know it is helpless and engage the Macedonians, only to lose again and to lose another general. Then a while later that old man of Rhodos died and has left the city defenseless and generalless, so im only left with the son of Areus, from then one the Macedonians have been sending small expecitionary forces to Sparte to try to defeat me, the reason why I'm still alive is becouse of the Spartans, without them I would be dead, so now I have 4 generals in Sparte (1 Rhodes, 1 Attike, 1 he maried into the family, his surename has Attike in it but he is a Spartan but with a none Spartan bodyguard, and I still have that son of Areus). I also have 2 heavy peltast and 2 normal peltast. I am also going into + and - all the time becouse of trade agreements breaking all the time and a Macedon expeditionairy force entering all the time. That full stack of Macedon is still sitting infront of Corith but hasn't wiped me out yet. I'm in a bit of a bad situation, the only positive is that they are also at war with the Epirotes but they haven't been much of a help and also they recently went to war with Pontus and the Seulicids(sp?:hmmm. Also I'm not of English origin so that explains any grammar mistakes.

The KH are a pretty difficult faction to use for your first game of EB. I haven't played too often with them, but I remember you pretty much had to go after the Maks right from the start and try to get the Epirotes to join in. I think a defensive strategy as the KH would be doomed to failure, though I'm sure there are more knowledgable than me out there regarding the Greek factions. By the way, I'm pretty sure the only generals who have a bodyguard of Spartan hoplites are your starting generals, after that they get cavalry even if they have Spartan ethnicity.

Well, I knew that the KH would be hard, but I am a major Greek city states fan so I just had to do it , also I won't give up untill I lose this game .
