    Icon5 watchtowers...

    watchtowers: I've seen some people talking about buildings them, how would i go about doing this?....

    Just get a family member outside of the city/castle, and where the "Build building" button normally is, you should see it. Family members/generals can build Watchtowers. They just have to be outside of cities/towns.

    Very useful.

    You can only build em in your territories, tho. I always tend to move too far and miss the chance of building the towers.

    keep in mind that you cant build them on all terrains and they cost 250 florins

    You also can't build them in close proximity to units of other factions or rebels (must be some kind of noise ordinance in place )

    And watchtowers can be captured by troops of other nations or rebels by them "standing on it", which gives the map-revealing effect of the tower to them (so you can capture enemy towers as well).
    Keep in mind though, that this is a temporary effect: If the units leave, the owner of the province automatically regains control of the tower.

    Didnīt knew that, only thought they changed owner when the region got capured, thanks!
