Straned faction leader

I have a german and a genoese faction leader who are just wandering around consantinople after a crusade and they appear to be stuck.

Any way i can get rid of them?

The bug me.

Kill them! or use an assassian however I have had assassians with full stats and still get a 30% rate and it never works so your best best is to kill them (i.e. in battle) or let them die of old age or hope they become unstuck!

I have the same problem will a 1/4 stack of keiv rus. The are stuck right below the city. I can't pass my armies by them without possibly starting a war. I have to go around by boat. When I click on their army it has no yellow movement tiles. i don't want to star a war, just get them on their marry way.

There should be a nice diplomatic CIV-way to ask faction to remove their army from your land... Like "get out off my lawn, or else... I will send you a letter saying how angry I am with you". I mean it's not there, but it should be.

It is there, and its achieved by selecting your army (the bigger the better) and RMB'ing on the problematic visitor, then clicking green OK tick.
