Installing with RTW or BI

Is it better for me to uninstall BI before installing this mod if i dont like BI, or can i choose to install it with RTW 1.5

Ok.... I installed with Bi but its not working i go in and try to click on the imperial campaign and it says please select something from the list and when i exit out i get an Descrpt_strat error that says Starting and Ending date or something...i think it may ahve something to do with when i changed it to play all factions on BI a while back......Can you post the Original Descrip_Strat so I can try it again. Thanks

The one which I bold usually means your RTW/BI are not patched correctly. XGM I believe needs RTW 1.5 or BI 1.6 and your installation is I'm sure RTW 1.3 and BI 1.4

Download and install BI patch 1.6 before installing the mod

Posting original files is against forum rules. Before pinning it on descr_strat (I also edited it and it worked fine), try reinstalling the mod, it may have been a bad install.

Nope, i installed RTW 1.5 and BI 1.6

IT STILL DOSENT WORK.....I installed the 1.6 patchand reinstalled the mod and im still getting the same descr_strat error and the 'please select something from the list' .....Why arent you allowed to post original files?

You may have xgm installed in the wrong folder, it should be under the main RTW folder, NOT the BI one.

Maybe i should try installing the earlier version like V.4? i downloaded the v.5.6.3

Do both RTW and BI play ok on their own without XGM?

You can't post original files because of copyright stuff, I think. Have you reinstalled RTW + BI fully yet? If not, try it.
