No question threads allowed in the Tutorial section.

I would SS ruin your computer? It installs to it's own folder and maybe adds a few extra files to your main data folder but that's it. If you want to be on the safe side, backup your Data folder before installing the mod.

Lets assume that you are talking about SS 5.1 and you have MTW II and Kingdoms installed on your machine. Given these assumptions, then the answer is NO, it will not 'mess up' either of those. You could theoretically keep on playing either of them, but evidence suggests that after playing SS you would not bother.
