When i want to call a crusade it says something like "to soon to call crusade" or something like that. So does any one know how many turns do you have to wait in order call another crusade.

Im quessing its 5-10 turns after the ending of the last crusade.
In vanilla M2TW it's 20 turns after a crusade has finished 'til you can call a new one.

Usually 10 turns from the beginning is the quickest it lets me, if thats what you mean.

Some say the Pope's Violence attribute (mentioned in his traits) has an effect of how long it takes to launch another Crusade. Violent Popes are believed to feel like sending Crusades more often.
Haven't checked it myself though. If I want a Crusade and it is not available, I throw my men on a boat and launch "Military Operation - Uncrossed Crusade" on my own.
The length is determined by the two following variables in descr_campaign_db.xml (with unmodded values)

glad to know this I was always told the frequency of crusades were hardcoded
