Do these still lead to your Governors becoming drunken whoremongers as per vanilla or are they safe to build?

Playing 5.1 btw.

In vanilla 5.1 I think it still does. If you use the fix pack probarly not, as I changed it so that sitting in taverns does not make you a drunk, but building them might. Also edited the perpetual drink trait so that you have to get level two before it becomes habit forming. Not sure which version echad has in his pack to be honest.

Of course you can still gain the trait at birth.

OK, ComesOfAge, just for those underaged drinkers out there. Plus in the new system you could get it when attending University Education.

But in Traits, 1 level of Drink is not bad, its social drinking, level 2 however in the game means that you have started to have an issue.
