    Default Sicily

Sicily was once my favourite faction, now I see the ai just sitting on Naples and Palermo - but I would like to see Sicily swinging on the medieval dancefloor again

    I modified descr_strat a bit:

    - Palermo is now in the very beginning a city with equal buildings to Naples
    - one Diplomat added near Naples
    - ports for Naples and Palermo
    - changed the units you have in the beginning
    - decreased king's purse to 1500
    - town guards replaced by town watchs
    - removed the 2. fleet - don't know what they shall do with 6 galleys

    - upgraded Ajaccio to wooden castle

Well, it's not that bad for the player, but the ai behaves like **** (<- lol). Atm Sicily is a dead aifaction.

Putting units near Palermo = they keep standing there
Putting units near Naples = they keep standing there or being shipped around

But they will never siege Bari oder something else.

I've put units directly next to Bari and they will siege it...
