How do you that force diplomacy cheat?

Hi

Ive played through the long campaign 3 times as the Holy Roman Empire, the Turks, and England.

now im bored.

I started a new campaign as the turks and decided to cheat like crazy just for the hell of it.

so far ive done the money and add population cheats (all my settlements have at least 200,000 people)

But the one cheat I cant really seem to get to work is the "force diplomacy" cheat, in which whatever u demand the other faction agrees to.

can someone explain to me how it works?
