Who's your favorite composer? I've been listening to Beethoven lately. Alittle bit of Mozart and Bach too.

My favourite composer is Tchaikovsky. That depressed homosexual Russian just made much greater music than everyone else.

I love the music of Sibelius, especially his later works. His symphonies 4, 5, 6 and 7 and the violin concerto are my particular favourites. There are also many tone poems which conjure up the feel of wild and desolate places.
Patrick Moore still uses 'At the Castle Gate' from Peleas and Melisande as the theme to his monthly Sky At Night programme.
For other people's tastes, try the Classical Music thread...

After taking a look at my Youtube favourites I have to say Händel, probably, at least at the moment.Who's your favorite composer?
Definitely Beethoven on my part. The whole idea that someone who was almost completely deaf was able to create such wonderful works of art is mindblowing..
But then again, it's really hard to make a choice between the many excellent choices that are available..
i like that guy hu cut himself up
Not a great knower of Classical music, but Beethoven, Tchaikovksy and Liszt have always tickled my fancy.
Mozart has had his moments, but never been a big fan.
As for the Bachs, I haven't heard enough of either of them to comment.
Life, go easy on me
for more from the wonderful world of Humber Reloaded, just google it!Then I weighed him I said, “Holy ****!” because he weighs 900,000,000,000,000,000 tons. That amazing weight made me say the “S” word.
