Re: Using RM with version 1.2
Nope, you need 1.5 to play RMTW...
But I'm fairly sure your crashes aren't caused by your came or the patches themselves. Make sure you install them correctly.

Re: Using RM with version 1.2
I think you can patch 1.2 directly to 1.5. I'm not entierly sure, but it's worth a try, isn't it. Make sure you install the patch in the right directory.
And if 1.2 works on your PC, then all versions of RTWvanilla do.
Some mods may have higher system requirements however.

Re: Using RM with version 1.2
RM2 is for RTW 1.5,your computer is not bad,its not about PC Requirments.maybe your RTW has a problem or missing files.
you need to install patch 1.3 before 1.5 but you dont need 1.2 ,you can start with 1.3
RM1 was for RTW (1.1 patch) ,but its not same as the new verison (RM2),see it here :

Re: Using RM with version 1.2
well i installed 1.3 and 1.5 and the game crashed after i went into a battle or campaign. i even put the lowest settings on graphics; still crashed. but i said hey, what the hell. so i downloaded the giant RM mod and installed it anyway...to see if it'll work. well, its giving me a bunch of generic errors "could not read data/descr_battle_map_lighting blah blah blah".
so then i kept on copying and pasting from my original RTW the missing data files. but then i thought, maybe theres a RM1 thats missing...because i think i downloaded and installed 2.
cant seem to find RM1 if one exisits.
so...is there a part 1 to RM?
or is there just something wrong with the installer/files i downloaded?
eh?
