Carthaginian infantry

Hi,
I've got a great problem: I've got create the last barrack, where I can recruit all unities, but when I want to recruit all units, there is all units, but not the Elite African Infantry, the Liby-Phoenician Heavy Infantry and the Iberian Assault Infantry...
What can I do?????

Some Carthaginian units require the Kart-Hadast Reform.

To obtain the African Infantry, Heavy Liby-Phoenician and the Iberian Assault Infantry you need the Carthaginian Reforms. The EB FAQ thread will explain these in more detail:
