Custom events selection at startup?
Well I am going to start a Byzantines campaign, but before doing so....
I understand the part about the startup of E for early era, L for late etc. But how do I get to use the early era dynamic events?
I tried using E3. for example and the game started up, but the early campaign still started at the regular 1080 date. Is it possible to leap the campaign forward a bit or are those dynamic event dates just sorta there? BTW I checked the FAQ and didn't see this in there but if I missed it sorry. Great mod btw

Re: Custom events selection at startup?
You need to start your campaign with the normal E or L depending on which campaign you are playing.
Ingame events will tell you to choose a new option when it is appropriate. Once you hit one of these events, you should keep using it (or the K to keep the previous setting) until another event occurs.
Basically, this handles the naming of factions, provinces, provincial governor titles, etc... to keep everything historical.
Does this clear things up?
