Install drive problem
I have my drive partitioned and there is not enough space on the drive it's trying to install to. Is there a way to change the install drive?

Re: Install drive problem
Yes, you can change the target drive/directory during installation. But it's a known problem that the installer cannot continue if your C:\ does not meet the free space requirements, and the installation will stop before you are even able to make that choice.
Free up some space on your C:\ first.
btw, welcome on TWC.

Re: Install drive problem
That's the thing, it's not looking at my C:\. It looks at E:\ which is where windows is installed. There is not enough space because windows takes up most of it.

Re: Install drive problem
Found this on the sega website so if anybodys else has this problem here ya go
Due to a check in the "master" installer for Med II Gold, if you don't have enough space on drive C:, you can't install the game via the autorun-based setup.
In this case, please use the individual version's setup programs, which have no such check and will allow you to install at any path you choose:
You find them in these places (please install them in this order):
Medieval II : Disc 1, in folder \m2tw\Disk1
Update2: Disc 2, in folder \Update2\
Update3: Disc 2, in folder \Update3\
AddOn Americas: Disc 2, in folder \americas\
AddOn Britannia: Disc 2, in folder \britannia\
AddOn Crusades: Disc 2, im folder \crusades\
AddOn Teutonic: Disc 2, in folder \teutonic\
