Default Is Dumatha missing in EB 1.0 ?

First I would like to thank the creators of this mod... Thank You! I wondered if I would ever enjoy RTW again after the MTW2 mods came out and I realized what was possible with the new game, and now I wonder if I ever will own a computer without EB on its hard drive. Really this mod is an immersive reinvention of Rome that is better than many games I would (and did) pay money to play. The proffessionalism of the creators of this mod is truly impressive! Now to the question at hand:
I am playing my first real campaign as Sabah, and I cannot find the settlement in the central Arabian province to the north of that faction's core cities. I searched the forums and I have seen pictures of a settlement known as Dumatha in screenshots, but it does not seem to exist in my game, so has it been removed, and why? Also, do the Sabeans have any access to boats/fleets, and if not, how are they supposed to invade Ethiopia or India? I know that I can't build Naval ports, but are there at least Merc Biremes?
Once again, this mod is FOR REAL, and thank you for making boring old RTW into the same thrilling and immersive game it was when I first played it years ago. Bravo.... Encore (MTW2 engine!)

Dumatha was removed and the province slot was used to make Babylon. The territory was combined with the Sahara territory, so officially the capital of the the province is in the southwest corner of the map, though it cannot be reached.

This was done for two reasons. 1- It would have been difficult and pointless to hold the vast desert. And 2- In pre1.0 games the Ptolemaioi or Seleukids would often conquer Dumatha and then march straight across the desert and wipe out Saba. This stops them from both ahistoric marching through the desert and gives Saba a slight buffer against early invasion.

One of the cities in Arabia should be able to build a military port (I think its the one south of the Saba capital). You have to get your two to a certain size first, though. And merc ships are possible in RTW, though they would make a nice feature for EB2.

Yes, as does the Sahara desert. But it's not as if there is anything worth getting there, so why go there at all?
