    Default Best Cities?

I've been playing M2 for quite a long time, now with SS5.1, and I have always wondered which settlements are consistently the best for income. I understand that Northern Italy seems to be quite good, does anyone know other valuable places that are worth taking?

Iraklion? Not worth it. The Byzantines send 3-4 stacks there every few turns.

They're suppose to settle in Antioch but sometimes just wander around sieging settlements and never settling. There are also other predefined settlements they are suppose to go after. They should already have a port in the city they take too. On the asked question I say Constantinople is the best city and is why everyone wants it. Also northern Italy and Alexandria region are good. There are a lot more that are really good too (mostly everyones starting capital is good lol).

When developed, and with other cities in the baltic-region, Stockholm's income can come over 10k

Corduba and Marrakesh are good cities too. I can always get both to at least 5,000 a turn. I'm currently in a moor campaign.

Hell, just take italy and you have your cash cow...or the iberian penninsula.

Edinburgh is always a big one for me, don't know why but if I ever take over all of brittany, Edinburgh is always the biggest income in a large area.
