Norwegian colours + strat model fix

I got tired of Norway being orange (no offence socal ) so I changed them back to vanilla-like colours (colour above red in paint).
In addition I got tired of the strat model captains looking more regal than the family members, I swapped them. Thanks to Socal_Infidel for telling me how

EDIT: No one has orange in this, just different versions of read. Including the ERE (now they just need some banner work).

To differ from Norway, I really just did this because I don't like to see Norway orange and don't like to see captains looking better than generals
