Switching factions mid-game

There are probably people here who still don't know how to do this, so I tought I'd inform you of how to switch factions mid-game.

1: Play in hotseat.

2: Open console.

3: Type in the following line; control Norway (if you want Norway)

4: End turn.

5: When being Norway, type; control Scotland (if your previous faction was Scotland and you only wish to control Norway), Scotland is now switched to AI control.
