I have to say I am in a state of shock. After eading several sigs of some users, it seems to me that there are supporters of terrorist groups here. I hope I am wrong?

if so, I would like to know why these people are supporting Extremist groups.

A) You're a Bush supporter. That's very clear, so your anti-Hiliary sig does not surprise me. Normal, indeed.


B) Capone was a murdering, ruthless thug who was bent on domination of the streets via the drug, liquor, and illegal weapons trade. Not someone I'd call "cool".



Although these groups have numerous problems, it is natural for humans to find some qualities appealing.

For instance, some people found Hitler's ideas for rebuilding a stronger Germany favorable (and yes, not all of them were bad ideas; he would offer you money if you stopped smoking and drinking, for instance).

Lenin was the same sort of case. He ended Tzar Nicholas' reign of incompetence and promised to rebuild Russia (once again, I approve of some of his ideas; he quit slaughtering millions of Russians during the war, didn't he?).

A majority of approval in these groups comes from their tactics to achieve their defined goals. I don't support these extremists and terrorists and such because they believe that they can rule using violence and murder. However, if they used more diplomatic and peaceful solutions to achieve their idealisms, then we might not be so hostile to them as we, the onlookers of the situation, are at the moment.

You are still having a total laugh. Apartheid South Africa was racist by definition. There is nothing racist about modern South Africa at all, although they dld have had every right to punish the Boers for what they did. I support universal suufrage.
