    Default Question on Battle Time.

Ok I was wondering if there is a way to change battle time after you've started the campaign. I set it to unlimited and every time im under siege I have to march out to meet the enemy or else they just won't attack. Is there a way around this? The Mongols just came and I relle dont want to fight them in the open if I don't have to. Thanks.

    Greetings mate,

I think it's possible. I can't confirm my answer though, since I've recently uninstalled M2TW from my computer.

I'm sure you'll need to go to your M2TW folder, and open the preferences.txt. There should be a text that you can edit to change the Battle Time duration.

When I play, I always have the battle timer running because of this. Usually the timer gives enough time to fight a battle. You can activate the timer during a campaign (options ==> game etc.). I suggest you play with the timer and disable it when you want to siege a city and think you will need all the time.
Officer to a soldier who refuses to fight: There three types of soldiers who don't have to fight. They are called KIA, MIA and POW and you are not one of them.

    Tosa will be missed.

I'd play without the timer as it is somewhat idiotic, but there is one reason not to...
.. you can't tell the AI that it has to go to school/work/sleep.

The AI doesn't age and has all the time in the World.
    We don't.
