Saudi Arabian settlement

I just started the Sabaen campaign and went to capture the settlement in the center of the largest area in Saudi Arabia. It's surrounded by small mountain ranges and it won't let me in :hmmm:. So I ask, how am I suppose to get in and capture the settlement?

You can't. Its uncapturable so that Saba won't be overrun by TSE and the Ptolemies in the early game. Plus, historically, no one would ever want to conquer that land...

Damn, that would have looked nice on the map. I was going to capture that settlement and build up my forces on the borders and just isolate myself until I had enough money to expand. I can't decide if I should try to attack the Seleucid Empire or the Ptolemies next. Any advice?

Get the Ptolemies coastal cities, build trade alliances with the Mediterranean factions, and watch the cash pour in.

Yep, just tak the Ptolemies out, the you can take on the Seleucids with all of your nefound money.
