How is this a game by Paradox? They have no part in the development or publishing of this game.

Second that, nothing to do with Paradox and quite frankly looks like a bad clone.

I rather go by the actual offical website and wiki.
Paradox did publish the game Birth of America, made by the same guy but that's it.
No offical source says that Paradox has anything to do with this.

    Of course there is.
On the BGG, I someone saw someone write " Europa Universalis: more than a game, a whole lifestyle"
Apparently the rules booklet say that with players familiar with the rules, game lenght shouldn't be under 80 hours...

Axis and allies heavy ? hahahaha... It's even lighter than Twilight Imperium 3rd.
Comparing A&A to EU is like comparing Geshenkt to A&A :p

It's not by any means. I have both victoria and birth of america and they are completely and utterly different. And by the by, both games are outstanding products.

The art work is all done by hand and very good, atleast for civil war and BoA. This one i'm not quite sure. But don't let that run you off, the tactical elements are massive, much more so than the victoria, eu3 crew. Everythng from land layout to supply lines (food and ammo) raids, loyalty/ politics etc. But then these games focus fully on war which the victoria brand does not.
Sure I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is Im not. I honestly feel that America is the best country and all other countries aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism.
