Icon7 The potential of the engine

I've been lurking on these forums for some time, Mostly playing the brilliant masterpiece we call Europa Barbarorum. While lurking, I read most of the questions asked to the eb team, but have thought about this instead.
Why not ask the team what they themselves think and feel about this mod?
So if your in the team(or really anyone), feel free to answer my questions

    1. What new feature in M2tw do you think has most potential for eb2?

    2. What new feature do you like the most?

    3. What "thing" in m2tw are you most worried over?

    4. In alternative reality, you get the ultimate modding tool, What hardcoded limit would you break then?

1 & 2: units replenish rates, guilds, "yes/no" events, free upkeep units, religions, loyality, permanent stone forts
3 I think the swiss-like phalanx formation, the crappy unit cohesion and the unmoddable lethality ratio
    4 too many to say...

One thing that is nice is dynamic event triggers. Unlike RTW, M2TW has the ability to trigger nearly unlimited amounts of events, which can be anything from a simple message telling you about things on the far side of the map to military reforms.

3- The settlement files haven't been cracked yet. This means that cities are currently hardcoded to look medieval.

4- All of them? Right now the two hardcodings that restrict EB are unit and settlement limits.

Damned... Isn't Thamis expecting the mod ? Just ask him to allow you to mod this, it would really suck to conquer medievalish castles...

Though I am not on the EB team I think this one is very easy to answer, it goes to all mods: Choose your own faction heir!

Although I MAJORLY agree with you as to how much limited faction heir sucks, settlements MUST be changed. They're bad enough IN context
