How can we add new banners in campaign for new factions ?

it's in the BANNERS folder (not in the textures folder inside it)
be carefull with the alpha channels

Yes, I change it, but when I update the descr_sm factions it doesn't work

Did you add the new symbols to one of the existing symbols.tga files or did you add a new symbols.tga file with the symbol?
If you added a new symbols.tga file to the banners folder, you'll have to add the new symbols.tga's name into descr_standards.txt under the factions section.

I have tried changing symbol 22 to the Norman faction and editing it but it still appears as the Timurid spare (3 Red Circles). I have changed descr_sm_factions in my mod and edited Banners in the main M2 folder.
Here is the factions entry:
faction normans
culture northern_european
religion catholic
symbol models_strat/symbol_england.CAS
rebel_symbol models_strat/symbol_rebels.CAS
primary_colour red 14, green 156, blue 27
secondary_colour red 153, green 102, blue 0
loading_logo loading_screen/symbols/symbol128_england.tga
standard_index 22
logo_index FACTION_LOGO_ENGLAND
small_logo_index SMALL_FACTION_LOGO_ENGLAND
triumph_value 5
custom_battle_availability no
can_sap no
prefers_naval_invasions yes
can_have_princess yes
has_family_tree yes
Any idea what to try next please?
I have included these files. (The Symbols one is in psd format so i can upload rather than tga.dds that the game uses)

The symbolsX must be in .tga if it is in a mod folder
