If the game was more realistic, this faction would get this....
Danish princesses would be +2 charm (Swedish Bikini Princesses)
England would have -1 health (caused by tooth decay)
France would get +1 to taverns, Germany would get +3. Beer>Wine
Sicily would be +1 corruption
Russia would have winter bonuses
Egypt would have reduced costs for academic buildings, especially a library in Alexandria

Choir boys would affect negatively the "purity"-stat of catholic priests of the Papal States way more.

Scot's would get +1 morale against the English (For freedom and all that fun stuff)
English Longbows would be overpowered (cause they were)
France wouldn't backstab everyone.

France would become a vassal to whoever declared war on them first.
German generals would very rarely get "drunken" traits (I've seen my german friends drink entire damn kegs, and not even start slurring!)

- The Byzantine Empire would have their own Orthodox Patriarch, that goes for Russia as well.
- The Kingdom of Sicily would, yes, get one + corruption. For such a small island, a lot went on in Sicily during the middle ages. Rebellion against the Muslim rulers, against the Hohenstaufens, and others I'm sure.

I always thought the Aztecs should get a combat bonus while fighting in the rain. Or something similar to even out the snow and desert bonuses for other factions.
