    Default Riots

Can some1 explain how this actualy works?

What does effect on public order?
Most of my governers dont gain to public order.
In fact they are corrupt and they even lower poblic order if i move them to city.

I am building temples/odeons and public health buildings. i have garrisoned armys in cities in order to prevent rebellions.

With all of that i hardly get 100% loyalty. Most of my cities have yellow/blue faces.

    How can i fix that?

    1. Kill all corrupt governors (i wont have many left then ) ?
    2. Move army out of the city and retake it and kill all citizens?

I wonder how do i fix corruption... is there a way?

Is switching governors from city to city a good things or a bad thing.

    THanx in advance !

firstly: definatly destroy all temples/taverns or other non-roman buildings (right click on a building to see if it is bad for your hapiness)
secondly: how many Dinarii do you have?

third: could you go in detail about your campaign, we will then be able to help you more

ps: there are many threads about "how to deal with corruption", use the search function to find them

    Thanx for all your anwsers.

Well my campaign is irrelevant as im testing this as im tryin to understand some things.
I have started seleucid campaign as i wanted to face the romans once they get past marius. I selected seleucid because of many cities that can produce legion clones.
As insurance to my domination on the east i have changed starting dinari for selucid to 70.000 in order to start war with Egypt, Puntus, Armenia and Greece, while keeping neutral to carthage and aly to macedon and parthia.
That surely adds to corruption, i know.

As you all suggested i DID destroy all temples after i conquered.
I even destroyed greek temples, but i doubt that they effect helenic nation in a negative way.

What i wanted to ask is:
    - how do i decrease corruption in city
    - how do i decrease characters corruption
    - how do i decrease characters extravagance
    - how do i increase loyalty in cities that have public bonus buildings already
    - how does the faction leader - heir work (automatic)
    - how does that effect other family branches that do not have faction heir
    - how do get rid of alies that are trasspasing even that they dont have military access granted
    - what is the way to get some faction becoming your protectorate
    - how does 2,3,4 governors in a city effect on public loyalty

PS: i LOVE the 300 spartans and their helots merc recruit near greece. Nice job lt

Usually people complain about Roman governors, but I suggest keeping a bigger garrison in your cities and take over Egypt.

spqr is ment to be played with romans, but that does not mean one cant enjoy other factions also. after all whats a better feeling than changing the history and sacking romans

non romans get a lot of bonuses so thy are a bit harder to take on so if you want to balance the game a bit take out all those bonuses you get for your troops.
