I can't get myself to laugh at his jokes, I just can't. I just can't. Its just crap. He's not funny, at all. He has never said anything funny at all.

What I hate is when comedians present a situation in their stand-up that I cannot relate to all and is neither realistic or funny.

There are times, when a master like Dave Chappelle will go on for like 20 minutes talking about having sexual relations with a chimpanzee, but dammit, he's Dave Chappelle, anything he says is on the funny radar.

I also like Chris Rock's work, he always keeps his comedy real, you can't go wrong with that, and even though I don't normally connect with Christopher Titus, every once in a while, we agree on a topic, and that's great stand-up when you can relate to a comedian.

But why is Dane Cook always so corny and suburban with his material? For the love of God, he should do a few racial jokes or something to spice up his boring middle school routines. He's always jumping around or making loud noises -- and sadly, most people are so busy giggling at his cheap tricks that they forget about how awful he is.

Is there anyone (possible a weed smoker) who likes Dane Cook?

I agree he is overated, but I do find some things funny though, I did like the Kool-Aid act he did.

He's just a dumbed-down version of the legendary Louis C.K.

God I want to murder Dane Cook, he's so mediocre...

Why would he do that? 11-14 year old boys are his primary audience.

To be fair, some of his stuff is okay, but he isn't nearly as good as someone like Louis Black.

    Louis Black isn't funny.

    Hell, Dane Cook is funnier.
The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected. The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State. - James Madison

There doesn't need to be offense for something to be stupid ********. I could pull off Black's act... just like I could Dane's.

There are good comedians like Chappelle and Dunham, not Black or Cook.

Its just a matter of personal taste, I think he is funny at sometimes, but hes not a total hack to be honest, so what if his humor is aimed towards younger people, in a google serach I can show you a trillion people who specialize in entertaining oldies. At least he is not a total hack.

Chappelle and Dunham are good as well. Black has a different style that not everyone appreciates, but he is far, far better than Cook.

A non-funny angry guy who rants about important stuff in a particularly uninteresting, unoriginal way.

I like immaturity. Ever watch the show House? By far my favorite television character ever. And he's immature.

Fine, lets agree to disagree on Black, okay?

And yes House is good because he is mature. Not exactly sure how that pertains to Cook, though...

It pertains because House is funny DUE to his immaturity.

Dane Cook and Carlos Mencia have little to no talent. Maybe that's why they are both so loud and hyper, so nobody falls asleep.

Since when has Russian Roulette included clips?

Cook is just animated and energentic, not funny. Mencia is just awful. After Chapelle left, the execs at Comedy Central were just desperate for a controversial, minority comic to fill the void left by Dave. As far as I'm concerned, that void is still there.
