Default Vista Saved Game File Location?

Recently I had my PC in for repairs so I've been using a loner with Vista; I've been playing M2:TW on the Vista PC, but now that I have my PC back I want to copy my saved games and transfer them back to my PC running WinXP. The problem is that I can't find the M2:TW saved game files on Vista. The saved games that I copied onto the Vista PC are there, but the saved games that a created on the Vista PC aren't. Does Vista save M2:TW's saved game files in a different location? And how do I find them and copy them?

I tried that before, but I guess I was searching my C-drive instead of My Computer. I found my saved games buried deep in my User directory -- but only after I searched in hidden files and folders. It's really annoying how Vista hides the save files for games without the Vista-loving "Games for Windows" branding.

I am having this problem too on Vista, I have used the search command and still can't find my saves. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't want to be rude, and it's not that I'm not willing to help, but this question has been asked like a zillion times before, and the answer is right there on the top in a sticky about Vista related issues.

Using the search button in either this forum or on your own computer, would have provided the answer, without polluting the forum.

It appears that when you leave the UAC on, and/or use an account with limited permissions, M2TW is unable to save to the normal location, and instead puts them in the virtual store in your user profile.

My account is an administrator, and I have disabled the annoying UAC, so my save games are where they should be (C:\Program Files\etc...)

Already answered it in your thread, buddy. Time for you to get in and try. We can't do it for you from here. Worst thing you can do do is foul it up and have to do it, again. Call it a learning experience.
