need help with oS reinstall

so,this might be the 1st i discover EB has no EXE for its own
when i reinstall my os ,(win xp sp2),without that EB inco in the desk,(which disppear with my reinstall),i can't found any thing that could enter EB,can anyone so kind to tell me how to fix that ?,and i try to reinstall EB,but after EB1.0.exe fininsh its extract ,after reqiure someting ,it shows that some error with character?
any can help
of course i know reinstall ROME to ver1.5,and reinstall EB is a way

The problem is that your OS username contains non-Roman characters that confuse the installer. I would suggest creating a new user profile with only basic roman characters, use it to install EB, then switch back to your standard user profile.

You can always enter EB by coping & editing the RTW shortcut. Just add " -mod:EB" after the "... RomeTW.exe"
